Golf - for Spectators! (Weekday Edition)
Many adults have never been exposed to golf and do not understand the attraction to the game. Join us to learn the rules of play, the appropriate behaviors for playing and watching the game, terminology used, etc.
In two three-hour sessions, you'll learn a brief history of golf, how it is played, golf course terminology, scoring terminology, equipment used, the USGA Rules of Golf, the etiquette as a player and a spectator, tournaments to watch live and on television, the players, and the tours. You'll receive a handbook that offers recommended website links, books, magazines and other information.
