In this seminar, you'll learn to grow and use your own fresh herbs in your favorite recipes. You'll also see a cooking demonstration using fresh and dried herbs. You will learn how to make herbal vinegars, butters and oils, and how to use those condiments to add flavor to your foods.

We will prepare a full meal, from appetizer to dessert - and when we're done, you get to eat the meal!
